What are the models made from?
Every model is 3D-printed in high-quality PLA (polylactic acid), a rigid, precise material that captures crisp architectural detail. Each piece is printed on a high-end Bambu Labs 3D printer — chosen for its exceptional accuracy and consistency — and hand-finished in our studio in St Albans, England in a soft matte white, so the form speaks entirely for itself.
Who designs and makes the models?
Every model is designed and made by us — a practising architect with two decades of studio experience. Each model has been specifically designed from scratch using professional 3D software commonly used within architecture, beginning with the real geometry of each building and drawing it from the actual structure rather than stylising it. The result is a model an architect would recognise.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We print and finish each model to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase for dispatch. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
How is my order packaged?
Every model arrives in a custom-built presentation box, carefully designed to protect the model in transit and double as a display stand — so you can place the box itself on a shelf or desk and sit the model directly on top. It's packaging that earns its place after the unboxing. Whether it's for you or someone else, it arrives ready to be unwrapped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs will vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Can I request a building that isn't in your current collection?
We're always thinking about what to make next, and we love hearing which buildings matter to people. Drop us a message — we can't promise every request will become a model, but every one is genuinely considered.
Are the models suitable as gifts?
Absolutely. Many of our customers buy for someone who has a deep connection to a particular building or city. The models arrive in their custom presentation box and need no assembly — just unwrap and display.
Do the models require any assembly?
No. Each model arrives fully assembled and ready to display on a desk, shelf, or mantelpiece. Just place it and enjoy it.
What size are the models?
Each model sits on a 120mm × 120mm base, which includes the surrounding streets to scale — the square, the plaza, the riverbank. The height of the model varies by building, but everything is designed to sit comfortably on a mantelpiece or shelf.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we do, but within a period and subject. Because each model is printed to order, we can accept returns for change of mind. However, if your model arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll make it right. Either way here to help!
How do I care for my model?
A light dust with a soft, dry cloth is all it needs. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can affect the finish over time. Treat it well and it should last a very long time — that's rather the point.
