We make the buildings people fall in love with.

Everyone has one. The building you got engaged beneath. The skyline you grew up under. The city you left but never quite let go of. The hall you graduated from, the estate you grew up on, the temple your family returns to. Object x Love exists to turn that feeling into something you can hold.

Not souvenirs — architecture, at the scale of a mantelpiece

Every piece we make is a proper architectural model, not a trinket. We begin with the real geometry of the building — the true proportions, the actual facade, the massing an architect would recognise — and draw it as it genuinely is, rather than as a stylised keepsake. A building we make should be instantly recognisable to someone who has stood in front of the real thing.

Each model is finished in soft matte white, so nothing distracts from the form itself — just clean light and shadow moving across the architecture. And each one sits on a 120mm × 120mm base that carries the surrounding streets to scale: the square, the river, the plaza. The building sits in its place, exactly as you remember it.

Made by hand, made by an architect

Object x Love is run by a practising architect with two decades in the studio. Every model is designed from the real building, then 3D-printed and hand-finished in our studio in St Albans, England. We make in small batches, printing on demand — so we make what people love, and waste as little as possible.

There's no assembly and no fuss. Each model arrives ready to display on a desk, a shelf or a mantelpiece — and, we hope, ready to be kept for a very long time.

Why “Object x Love”?

Because a well-made object can carry meaning far beyond its size. The “×” is the join — the point where a made thing meets the feeling attached to it. Object × Love. It's the whole idea in two words.

Love x City

Our first collection is about the buildings people love — from London icons and concrete brutalist landmarks to the great works of modernism and the wonders of the wider world. Some are famous the world over; some are quiet deep cuts that only a few people cherish fiercely. A few, like the demolished Nakagin Capsule Tower and Robin Hood Gardens, exist now only as memories — and as the models we make of them.

Love x City is where we're starting. It won't be where we finish.
